Elliott Hall Medical Centre would like to reassure you that our practice has always been and remains open to patients with scheduled appointments. We continue to consult with patients remotely by telephone and video and if necessary, in person face to face

There will always be a need for some patients to see a GP or another clinician in person. Where it is both safe to do so and clinically appropriate, we will ensure this is facilitated. We undertake triage of patients as the first point of contact, to minimise the numbers of patients having to be physically brought into the surgery to be examined, to minimise risk to staff and other patients.

The most efficient way to contact the practice is by using econsult. Our admin team are available to take telephone queries as well to  ensure our services are accessible to those without access to digital consultations, or who struggle to use technology.

In just one week in October – we carried out as a team:

513 telephone/video consultation appointments

235 face-to-face appointments with a GP or nurse

149 face-to-face appointments with a HCA, including blood tests

126 triaged online consultations

116 flu jab appointments
