As of 20th July 2022 – North West London CCG is launching a new online consultation tool called PATCHS, which will replace Econsult. Patients from all over London were represented and involved in the procurement process and decision making – to improve your patient experience.
PATCHS is an easy way for you to contact EHMC for your clinical or administrative queries, receiving a response from the practice within 48 hours, often much sooner. We can contact you by phone, email or text.
All patients need to register for their own account which will allow you to track the progress of your request and see previous submissions to the practice. You can also submit requests on behalf of those who you care for such as children.

Once registered click here to submit a request to Elliott Hall Medical Centre. Please note that you are only able to submit PATCHS during weekdays 0800-12pm and 1300-1700. If your problem is urgent during opening hours, please call the surgery on 02084284019. Any other time please call 111.
