Allied Staff

District Nurses

The district nurse can be contacted on: 0300 555 8889 The community nursing team operates from Honeypot Lane.

Health Visitors

Our Health visitor advises on all aspects of child care up to the age of 5 years. Health visitors can be contacted on 020 3317 2555.

Community Dietician

We have a community dietician from the Nutrition & Dietetics Department based at Northwick Park Hospital. The Dietician runs a clinic at Elliott Hall Medical Centre.  Access to this service requires referral from one of the clinicians in the practice.

Maria Cabello (f) – Frailty Practitioner / Occupational Therapist

Maria started working at Elliott Hall Medical Centre in November 2018 as a administrative assistant helping with referrals and has since trained as an Occupational Therapist whilst continuing to work at EHMC. Maria is now involved with the frailty team and will be involved in carrying out general health reviews on patients.

Emma Rice – Pharmacist

Emma joined Elliott Hall Medical Centre in January 2023 as a Clinical Pharmacist. She studied pharmacy at the University of Bath and qualified as a pharmacist in 2019. She has worked in hospital pharmacy since 2018 where she did her pre registration training with Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust. During this time she completed the pharmacist independent prescribers qualification. She has now decided to pursue a career in General Practice and will be able to help with issuing prescriptions, dealing with medication queries and carrying out medication reviews.

Trupti Mistry – Pharmacist – ON MATERNITY LEAVE

Trupti joined EHMC in January 2023 as a Clinical Pharmacist. She studied pharmacy at the University of Hertfordshire and qualified in 2011 after completing her pre-registration training at Imperial College. She worked as a hospital pharmacist at Watford General Hospital where she obtained her Post Graduate Diploma in Pharmacy Practice. She has worked in GP Practices since 2016 and started her career in Hackney where she completed her Independent Prescribing qualification and Certificate in Diabetes Care.

Sheena Raja – Pharmacist

Sheena joined Elliott Hall Medical Centre in June 2024, and has over 4 years of experience working as Clinical Pharmacist in GP practices. She studied her Pharmacy degree (MPharm) at Aston University and qualified in 2017. Prior to her experience working in GP practices, she worked as a hospital Pharmacist at London North West Healthcare NHS Trust. She has completed the independent prescribing qualification in Type 2 Diabetes.

Humaira Hussein – GP Assisstant

I joined Elliott Hall Medical Centre in September 2022 as a receptionist. In February 2023 I moved into a new role at the surgery as a GP Assistant. GP assistant is a support role that involves carrying out administrative tasks combined in some areas with clinical duties on behalf of the GPs. I carry out some general health checks such as blood tests and 24 hour blood pressure monitoring

Bhaveen Savaj – First Contact Practitioner

‘I work as an Advance Physiotherapy/ First Contact Practitioner at Elliott Hall Medical Centre. I have over 13 years of experience in musculoskeletal conditions seeing patients across several settings. I graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from India in 2010 and pursued my Masters in Sports Therapy in 2012 in the UK.  I offer Advanced assessments and evaluations of musculoskeletal conditions and provide the best possible advice, care and management plan. I undertake soft tissue and joint injections as a part of my role in the GP practice. My interests are Spine and Shoulders.’

Tracey Rowe – Spirometry Nurse

Tracey has been working at Elliott Hall since 2022 as an respiratory practitioner supporting Sphere PCN to provide diagnostic respiratory services in Harrow.

Since qualifying as a nurse she has been a ward sister in Trauma/High Dependency, a Senior Lecturer at Exeter University teaching Pre and Post registration students and also works at Northwick Surgery

Shade Quadri – Social Prescriber

Shade is Elliott Hall Medical Centre Social Prescribing Link Worker and joined in March 2024.

Social Prescribing is to support and empower the community to feel independent and access local charities and services. Shade will receive referrals from GP’s for the following, Social Isolation and loneliness, Financial difficulties, physical activity, exercise and employment information.

Shade is an experience Social Prescriber who previously worked in Richmond as a Social Prescribing Link Worker and has a lot of connections to services within the community in Harrow.
