Our Health visitor advises on all aspects of child care up to the age of 5 years. Health visitors can be contacted on 020 3317 2555.
We have a community dietician from the Nutrition & Dietetics Department based at Northwick Park Hospital. The Dietician runs a clinic at Elliott Hall Medical Centre. Access to this service requires referral from one of the clinicians in the practice.
Maria Cabello (f) – Frailty Practitioner / Occupational Therapist
Maria started working at Elliott Hall Medical Centre in November 2018 as a administrative assistant helping with referrals and has since trained as an Occupational Therapist whilst continuing to work at EHMC. Maria is now involved with the frailty team and will be involved in carrying out general health reviews on patients.
Emma Rice – Pharmacist
Emma joined Elliott Hall Medical Centre in January 2023 as a Clinical Pharmacist. She studied pharmacy at the University of Bath and qualified as a pharmacist in 2019. She has worked in hospital pharmacy since 2018 where she did her pre registration training with Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust. During this time she completed the pharmacist independent prescribers qualification. She has now decided to pursue a career in General Practice and will be able to help with issuing prescriptions, dealing with medication queries and carrying out medication reviews.
Trupti Mistry – Pharmacist
Trupti joined EHMC in January 2023 as a Clinical Pharmacist. She studied pharmacy at the University of Hertfordshire and qualified in 2011 after completing her pre-registration training at Imperial College. She worked as a hospital pharmacist at Watford General Hospital where she obtained her Post Graduate Diploma in Pharmacy Practice. She has worked in GP Practices since 2016 and started her career in Hackney where she completed her Independent Prescribing qualification and Certificate in Diabetes Care.
Humaira Hussein – GP Assisstant
I joined Elliott Hall Medical Centre in September 2022 as a receptionist. In February 2023 I moved into a new role at the surgery as a GP Assistant. GP assistant is a support role that involves carrying out administrative tasks combined in some areas with clinical duties on behalf of the GPs. I carry out some general health checks such as blood tests and 24 hour blood pressure monitoring
Bhaveen Savaj – First Contact Practitioner
‘I work as an Advance Physiotherapy/ First Contact Practitioner at Elliott Hall Medical Centre. I have over 13 years of experience in musculoskeletal conditions seeing patients across several settings. I graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from India in 2010 and pursued my Masters in Sports Therapy in 2012 in the UK. I offer Advanced assessments and evaluations of musculoskeletal conditions and provide the best possible advice, care and management plan. I undertake soft tissue and joint injections as a part of my role in the GP practice. My interests are Spine and Shoulders.’
Rohan Patel – First Contact Practitioner
I’m an experienced physiotherapist specializing a MSK/First Contact Practitioner. Graduating in 2009 from India and completing my master’s in the UK in 2011, I bring a wealth of expertise from my prior experiences to my current practice. In my role as an FCP, I function as the initial point of contact for individuals seeking musculoskeletal care. I conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnose conditions, and create individualised treatment plans.
Tracey Rowe – Spirometry Nurse
Tracey has been working at Elliott Hall since 2022 as an respiratory practitioner supporting Sphere PCN to provide diagnostic respiratory services in Harrow.
Since qualifying as a nurse she has been a ward sister in Trauma/High Dependency, a Senior Lecturer at Exeter University teaching Pre and Post registration students and also works at Northwick Surgery
Manisha Patel – Health Care Assistant
Manisha is a health care assistant, currently undertaking health and diabetic checks as well as blood tests and ECGs.
Lauren Richman (f) – Mental Health Practitioner
Prior to obtaining an MA in Social Work, Lauren completed a BSc in Applied Psychology with Clinical Psychology and an MSc in Early Intervention in Psychosis. Her work experience has included working with psychotic disorders, perinatal mental health, learning disabilities and domestic abuse. Lauren is based within Harrow Collaborative Sphere Community Mental Health Hub, where she previously worked as a care-coordinator, and the Sphere Primary Care Network of GP Surgeries. Lauren is passionate about early intervention for mental health and hopes to support EHMC patients with their wellbeing.

Ms Mital Patel – Ear Practitioner (Private only)
Mital is a highly qualified and experienced Senior Pharmacist with more than 17 years experience. She is passionate in her field and always ready to help and support her patients by ensuring that they are feeling their best in their appearance and improve their hearing health and capacity. Mital is proficient at wax micro-suctioning, delivering otoscopy, hearing screening and ear diagnostics. She takes a personalised approach to each patient, ensuring that she provides the best care possible. Mital is a certified ear care practitioner and completed a course with TympaHealth accredited by ENT UK, The British Society of Audiology (BSA) and The British Society of Hearing Aid Audiologists (BSHAA).
